The B.V.I AIDS Foundation will be hosting a fundraiser party at the Governor's residence on this date. The function will begin at 6:30pm and should be over by 8:30pm.

Volunteers will be required to help with the selling of raffle tickets at the event, as well as serving light snacks to guests.

PLEASE NOTE:

This opportunity is only open to Grades 9 - 12 and is based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

All students interested in this opportunity must apply online or speak to Mrs. Jones directly.

SUNDAY, 7TH NOVEMBER 2010

The Charter Yacht Society are looking for 10 volunteers to assist in the following ways at their  upcoming "Crews Walk for Cancer":

1) Manning a registration table, as well as a refreshments table set up by Delta Petroleum;
2) Leading the walkers on the route.


Volunteers will be required to be at Village Cay at 6am to begin by 6:30am.

SATURDAY, 6TH NOVEMBER 2010

The Charter Yacht Society is looking for5 volunteers, aged 16 or above, to assist with a function at the Governor's residence from 6:00pm - 10:00pm on this date.

Volunteers will be required to carry trays of hors d'oeuvres to 200 invited guests, as well as ensure that guests are welcomed.

FRIDAY, 22ND OCTOBER 2010

The Royal B.V.I Yacht Club will be holding a club-clean up day from 10am.

There are numerous service opportunities available, and all the help received will be greatly appreciated.


Students interested in this activity may apply online; however, given the late notice of this event, students may go and assist on the day, have the self-reflection form signed, and apply upon their return to school on Monday, 25th October.

Trimester One: Every morning before school


Ms. True is looking for two students either in Grade 10 or 11 to do a morning duty in the Kindergarten area. This service activity would require you to be at school from 8:15 to 8:30 every morning.

The Secondary phase will be hosting their "Meet the Teacher Night" on this night.

Mr. Jenkinson is looking for six volunteers to take care of the children who will be attending the evening. Volunteers will be required to stay with the younger children in Room 222, or play games with the more senior students on the pitch.

The Primary School will be hosting their "Meet the Teacher Night" on this date.

Mrs. Clark (True) is looking for six volunteers to look after the children whose parents will be attending. The activity will begin at 17:15 and is due to end at 19:45.
