VISAR is an organisation that Cedar has worked closely with for the last two years. This year, VISAR has offered our students the opportunity to get involved in their annual Market Day.

                                                        (This year, students will have the opportunity to choose a shift to work.

Barney Nockolds is hosting a cycling race for the "Help for Heroes" Foundation as part of his personal project. All students who volunteer or cycle will receive five (5) credits.

The Tortola Ladies Club are looking for volunteers to assist at their fundraising in support of the Family Support Network. This fundraiser will be held at the Government House, and feature well-known local personalities competing in a "Dancing with the Stars" event.

Cedar's Halloween Costume Parade is here again!


The committee are looking for two (2) volunteers to help with the set-up and clean-up on the day. This is a great way to enjoy the parade and earn some CISCAS credits!

This year, Sensus Gym will once again host their Walk for Breast Cancer Awareness.

Our female students are encouraged to walk in support of this cause. Each participant will be given a t-shirt at the start of the walk, as well as water and juice along the route.

Every year, the Lions Club of Tortola host the B.V.I "Games for Special Needs Persons".

These games allow the physically and mentally challenged persons in our community to extend themselves in an Olympic-style day full of competitive races and games.

The Lions Club are looking for student volunteers to assist on the day, particularly helping the athletes into the starting blocks, recording scores and ensuring that the day runs smoothly.

The Carrot Bay Community Centre run a homework/tutoring programme for children on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

They are looking for students to come along and help other children from around the island with their school work.
