Our school will be hosting a talent show on April 20th. The Student Council are looking for students to help out in various ways at the event:


Floor crew:                    FULLY BOOKED             (Grades 6 - 10)    
Your job will be to set up before the event;  Help seat people on the night; Help pack up after the big night is done!

Technical Team:    FULLY BOOKED               (Grades 8 - 10)           
You will be working with two technical leaders on the lighting and sound setup.

Backstage Crew:      FULLY BOOKED                 (Grades 7 - 10)
You will be in charge of setting up the stage; Having costumes and props ready; Getting the performers ready


ACTIVITY DATES:          Thursday, April 19th - Technical Rehearsal
                                                 Friday, April 20th - Show time!

ACTIVITY VENUE:         Cedar Atrium

ACTIVITY TIME:            Technical Rehearsal (5:00pm - 7:00pm)
                                                Show Night (7:00 - 10:00)
 
OPEN TO:                            Grades 6 - 10 (Apply online)
NO. OF CREDITS:            6 credits

Auction Club - Let's get creative!

Cedar's Auction is coming up, and the theme this year is "Polynesian Paradise". You can earn credits by joining a group who will be making decorations for the event.

What will we create?
Students will work to create a painted hibiscus auction front entrance and tiki-men to be displayed around the room.


ACTIVITY DATES:     WEEK ONE - Monday, April 23rd + Wednesday, April 25th
                                            WEEK TWO- Monday, May 30th + Wednesday, May 2nd
                                            WEEK THREE - Monday May 7 + Wednesday May 9

BVI Youth Triathlon

Chris Ghiorse is looking for volunteers to help him at the BVI Triathlon Federation Youth Series THIS SATURDAY!

This is going to be an awesome experience, and you will get to meet some of the top local athletes on island. Volunteers will help with the registration and equipment for the athletes.

Calling all Face Painters!

The committee running the first ever Brewer's Bay Bazaar and Extravaganza are looking for two students to man a face-painting stall.

This would simply involve painting the faces of young children. All materials will be provided.
